Study Planner
Revision timetable from your exams, hours and subjects.
About this tool
Add subjects with exam dates and difficulty, set your study hours for each weekday and a session length, and get a day-by-day timetable to your last exam that you can tick off, print or download as a CSV.
How the timetable is built
Good revision plans share a few principles from learning research. Spacing: revisiting a subject after a gap beats cramming it in one go, so the planner brings each subject back as a review 1, 3, 7, 14 and 28 days after you first study it. Interleaving: mixing subjects within a day helps you tell topics apart and keeps sessions fresh, so a subject rarely fills a whole day. Retrieval practice: testing yourself is one of the most effective ways to learn, so the last three days before each exam switch to past papers and weak spots, and each subject gets a final review the day before its exam. Harder subjects and nearer exams receive more sessions, in proportion to difficulty and urgency, and days with zero hours become rest days. Choose sessions of 25 minutes (Pomodoro-style), 45, 60 or 90 minutes with short breaks between. Plan specific topics for each session yourself, keep some slack for life, and remake the timetable if you fall behind; ticks and totals show how far you've come. Everything stays in this browser, and you can print it or download a CSV for a calendar. The Pomodoro timer and flashcards help inside each session.
Frequently asked questions
How do I make a revision timetable?
List your exams with dates and difficulty, set the hours you can study each day, and the planner fills each day up to your last exam.
How long should a study session be?
Many students use 25 to 60 minutes with a short break; choose what lets you focus.
What is spaced repetition?
Reviewing material at increasing gaps (such as one, three and seven days later) so it sticks in long-term memory.
Can I print my study plan?
Yes. Print it or download it as a CSV for a spreadsheet or calendar.
Where is my data stored?
Only in this browser on this device. There is no account, nothing is sent anywhere, and Clear all deletes it; export a copy before clearing browser data or changing device.
