Making bookmarks
Bookmarks make simple gifts and classroom rewards, and they're useful for libraries, book clubs, school events and promotions. Each design here has a hole marker at the top, an emoji or symbol, a title, a quote or message, and an optional 'this book belongs to' line. The six colour themes (ocean, forest, sunset, berry, night and black-and-white) can be used alone, or mixed so each of the four bookmarks on the page is different. They print four across a landscape page, about 70 ร 200 mm each, with dashed cut lines; punch the hole and add a ribbon or tassel. For a two-sided bookmark, tick 'reading log' to add a second page of lined boxes for dates and pages read, and print it on the back, flipping on the short edge. Card stock of about 200โ250 gsm makes sturdy bookmarks, and laminating them makes them last. Quotes work best short, under about 120 characters. Honest limits: emoji appearance depends on your device, and double-sided alignment varies by printer, so test on plain paper first. The invitation maker and the greeting card maker are related.
