How to use the bubble text generator

Bubble text wraps every letter in a circle: Ⓗⓔⓛⓛⓞ instead of Hello. Because each bubble is a real Unicode character, it pastes anywhere plain text is accepted — bios, captions, usernames, chat.

  1. Type your text

Enter the words you want styled. Letters and digits are converted where the style has a matching character; punctuation and spaces pass through unchanged.

  2. Copy the result

Use the copy button on the highlighted style. These are Unicode enclosed alphanumerics (Ⓐ U+24B6 onward) — one character per letter, not a picture of a circle.

  3. Paste it anywhere

The result is text, not an image, so it pastes into Instagram, TikTok, X, Discord, WhatsApp, and any form that accepts plain text. If a device is missing the characters you will see empty boxes — try a different style.

About this tool

Bubble letters read as playful and slightly retro, which is why they show up in gaming handles and craft accounts more than in professional bios. They are also noticeably harder to read at small sizes, so they suit a short name better than a full sentence.

Keep a plain version of anything people need to type back at you. A bubble username cannot be searched for by someone typing normal letters.

Frequently asked questions

Why do the numbers look different from the letters?
Enclosed digits live in a separate part of Unicode from enclosed letters, and ⓪ sits apart from ①–⑨. We map them explicitly, so 2026 comes out as ②⓪②⑥ rather than shifted by one.
Can I get filled-in bubble letters?
Filled (negative) circled letters only exist for capitals in Unicode, so a full alphabet of them is not possible. The outlined set on this page is the one that works for upper case, lower case, and digits.
Will it show up on every app?
Most modern apps render it. If a device's font is missing enclosed alphanumerics you will see boxes — try squared or small caps instead.
